First, Congratulations and our very best wishes for much happiness go out to Ty and Chelbi Pulliam who were married last Saturday at Epiphany. Chelbi is the granddaughter of Mark and Dawn Milanovich, long time members of Epiphany.
This coming Sunday, the 13th, is Covered Dish Lunch. Please remove all calories when preparing your dish.
Attendance last Sunday was 41.
Carol Weathers also announced that St. Anne's has given to the Church Operating Fund and to the fund to replace air conditioners when needed. Thanks so much to St.Anne's. We know that that came as a result of the Rummage Sale, and have a little idea of just how hard you worked to get that money. We are so grateful.
Now, the budget committee will have its first meeting, next Wednesday, October 16 to plan for 2020. PLEASE if you have not turned in your pledge card for 2020 do so this Sunday or by October 16 at the latest.
A big thank you to the Daughters of the King, Alicia White, and Patty Murray for providing lunch for the
Alzheimer's Respite Group. We don't know how many times the ladies in the kitchen have told us that they never have to worry when it is Epiphany's turn-and they have even quit calling to remind us of when our turn is.
Carol Hervey visited with Tom Tinker last Friday. She said he was in good spirits and alert, He still likes Gude's chicken salad sandwiches and cookies if anyone is going to visit. His address that is in the church directory is correct.
