Just a few of my thoughts---Sunday was such a joyous occasion-the baptism of the Torgenson trio, their beautiful family, and the reception in the Parish Hall with their Epiphany extended family-what a celebration for and by all.  Thank you ALL that did the reception.

We do have partial heat in the church and Otis thinks we possibly may have improved zoom production this coming Sunday.  I received a text from a long-time member this week saying, " Zoom has become indispensable to her and is much appreciated."  Due to health and other issues, she does not get out much any longer.

By the way, the "Lightning" knocked out the internet in the church as well as other items making zoom and sound a real challenge for Otis and Susan and Cranz.

The Church Office is doing the best it can...a bandaid phone system (no voicemail) and the printer is not working--some way to welcome our new office manager, with a bang.   I must say that Janet is handling it in style and with humor. Thank you, Janet.

Some words from the Sr. Warden:

Dear Epiphany:

I’ll be sending out a letter discussing our efforts to deal with the recent Lightning Strike to the church.   Please consider helping with this effort.  We have a wonderful church body and together we can soar!

I am beyond grateful for this church family and I hope you all have a splendid Thanksgiving!  This year has gone by sooooo quickly.  We begin Advent this Sunday and look forward to Christmas (which falls on Sunday this year!).  The Christmas Eve service will be at 5 pm (Sat. 24th), with a small reception following the service (similar to last year; volunteers bringing munchies and beverages/wine).  The Sunday Christmas Day service will be at our usual 10:30 am.

Blessings and Love, Linda
