Also, prayers for comfort and guidance for Cesar and Mark as they journey to Houston to help Cesar's sister with Cesar's father who has major health issues. God bless "Papa" as well as the family.
A reminder --- the FREE Thanksgiving Day dinner is coming up at Vanderveer Church of Christ. There is dine-in or take-out service. Volunteers are needed to cook turkeys, make dressing and to work that day. Please let Nancy Heuss know if you can help at 512-755-4341.

From the church office: We received a wonderful donation from an anonymous donor this week, and it is so appreciated. However, it was sent to the church street address. Just a reminder -- the church does not receive mail at the street address. It was only by the grace of the Burnet Post Office that they know the church P.O. Box and put the donation in the box. If you send anything to the church, please only send it to P.O. Box 2 or we may never receive it.
