Sunday was such a wonderful day of Pentecost celebrating the Baptisms of Eddie and Jeremiah Slape and Amelie Maclay-Tijerina(Mollie) and the birthday of Ralph Whitman. WOW.
MUSIC--for those of you that were there the music was fuller and stronger than it has been in a very long time. The music was run and controlled through a Laptop Computer by Otis Maclay. Otis Maclay and Mike Kelley have been working on this for a while, even before the old machine sort of bit the dust (would not play "Floppy Disc). The sound comes through our regular speaker system. It will get even better as they continue to "tweak" it. SIMPLY AMAZING---thank you Otis and Mike.
The church office will be closed Wednesday, 05-23, unless a VOLUNTEER steps up to man it for Dianne Williams from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
*****This coming Sunday will be the Last Day of Elizabeth Drakes' tenure of being Music Director at Epiphany. Please come and celebrate and give her a "Special Hug of Thanks".
Saturday, June 2 is a free fishing day at Inks Lake National Fish Hatchery near Inks Lake State Park. The morning is for little children, and the afternoon is for everyone.
We would like to say Thank You to ALL of the wonderful people that have been working so hard to
make the Church grounds and yard look so beautiful.
This coming Sunday, the 27th, Mark and June Hutson and Otis Maclay and Jne Scheidler will
Renew their Wedding Vows. Come and celebrate with them.
