Hope you have been watching the alignment of Venus and Jupiter, awesome to observe them in reference to their positions the night before. It has been interesting that they could be seen most nights with the naked eye. And now we are in the new full moon, the "Worm Moon". Do you know why it's called that? It is SPRING, so the Native Americans say (March thru May), the worms are coming out of the ground. Now, of the 3 months of spring, which month do we normally get the most rain?
The Bishop will make his annual visitation on March 26th. We will have two baptisms and two confirmations. Exciting, isn't it? The reception after the service will be in the library and hall of the administration building.
Nancy Heuss called to say she is going to order the Easter Lilies from HEB. She said they will be $9.00 this year. Just text her at 512-755-4341 or email her at nancyheuss@gmail.com with your order as soon as possible.

Some words from Margaret Thomas, our L A Care representative: The food bank needs Spam and Stew and Ravioli for the kids. There are still 2 openings for volunteers on the 5th Wednesday and 5th Friday if anyone is available. L A Care anticipates more clients coming due to the decrease in SNAP benefits. March, so far, has been really busy.
Work on the NEW church directory is continuing, hope you remembered to make any corrections for your entry.
