At the Annual Meeting Michael reflected on events of 2015 and suggested new challenges for 2016. Elizabeth Drake was announced as Senior Warden for 2016 and Joe Urias as Junior Warden, and Mary Erskine, Diane Hays, and Sherry Musgrove were elected as new members to the Vestry. The Parish Meeting affirmed the 2016 Budget and authorized the Vestry to take action on the Church's front doors that are in bad condition. Phyllis Mc Nelly gave a presentation on the new " Kneelers ". Many thanks to Bill Drake, our financial bookkeeper, Money Adams, our Treasurer, with Bert McNelly's help, and to our good and faithful Dianne Ragland, office manager.

" St. Anne's will have our kickoff meeting of the year this Sunday, January 17th, in the Youth Center following church. We are appealing to all ladies of Epiphany to come to this pivotal meeting when we decide whether or not to have the rummage sale. Although we consider it not just a sale but an important ministry as well for the community, we will be needing more hands on deck to accomplish this worthwhile project. Please come and give your opinion and support to our decision this year."
The Vestry has a retreat scheduled for January 23rd which will suffice for the January Vestry meeting.
The L A Care appreciation dinner is February 2nd. If you plan to attend please RSVP by January 27th.

In closing---"I mention the annual meeting just to remind us that whatever
else we talk about in today's meeting, whatever energy or importance we attach to the budget or the elections, or the reports that we hear, we are about one thing as a parish church: We have received God's grace in so many ways, and specifically through the sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Eucharist. Our ministry is to share that good news with others, by that same grace." Thank you Michael for this reminder.
Have a blessed week
