From Michael's Sermon: "But most of all, this tough, demanding love of which Jesus speaks requires faith. Faith in God's love for us. Faith in God's ability to do what we cannot do by ourselves.
Our efforts, and our patience, and our stubbornness are merely what we do as we wait for God to work that miracle in us. Then the impossible becomes possible. Then we find ourselves acting lovingly toward our family, our neighbors, our detractors. Until we don't. And then we remember, pick ourselves up and ask God to mold us more into God's own image in which we have been created ". (Luke 27-38, if you had not guessed). Thank you Michael.
