First off, Michael will not be in his office at the church this week. He is going to a funeral in Galveston for a dear old friend as we eluded to in a special E-Star. Please keep all in your prayers.
Many thanks go out to all that participated in the Community Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a smashing success-- served over 300 people. And a Big Thank You to Nancy Heuss that shepherded it.
Special Note: In your Sunday Bulletin has been, and is, a Suggestion Sheet to submit to the Nominations Committee of Persons to Fill Vestry Positions. If you have not, please fill one out and put it in the collection plate before the Vestry Meeting on the 19th of December. At the annual Parish Meeting we will elect four Vestry members.
Saturday, December 7 from 10-6 will be "Old Time Christmas in Bertram". Sounds like it would be fun.
Patty Murray collects metal cans for resale for extra income. If you would like to help her out please contact her. Her number is in the church directory.
Some of us are gathering around 9:30 Saturday to decorate for the Posada. We would love to have you join us if you would like. The more the merrier.
