Sunday at coffee hour, the drawing for the quilt was held, and Kenda Avery was the winner. She is a relatively newcomer to Epiphany,
and we are so happy for her.
Last Monday was the Christmas Party for the Head Start Children hosted by Ellie Burks and her elves. She and Bobbie Clear had
bought Christmas presents for the children to choose to give to their parents or caregivers. We believe there were 27 children plus
their teachers; and all had a wonderful time. Just another example of the way Epiphany shares God's love with others.
Thank you Ellie, Bobbie, and all who were involved.
If you have not done so please pay for you Christmas Poinsettias in the Church Office ( $7 each).
If you haven't already done so, please remember to turn in your pledge card for 2019.
Attendance Sunday-52. Both pledges and loose offering will go to the support of
Epiphany.
Schedule for Christmas Services:
Christmas Eve:
5:00- no music
10:30- with choir and special violinist Kathryn Drake
Christmas Day-10:30
Wednesday, December 26---Budget Meeting
Thursday, December 27--Vestry Meeting
Those scheduled to serve this Sunday are Rufus and Sandy Arrington.

Those serving on Altar Guild are Cecile Gloier and Ellie Burks.
Providing refreshments for coffee hour are Rachel Bryson and Patty Murray.
Vestry Person of the Day is Georgie Nolan.
Michael concluded his most meaningful sermon last week with these words, "May we live our lives in joyful thanksgiving for a God who never gives up on us, who loves us always and perfectly." Thanks, Michael.
Have a blessed Christmas,
Carpe every diem,.
