This is The 3rd Week of Advent---We believe--We feel--We know---"Prepare Ye The Way.....of the Lord........says it all.....HE IS COMING.......
Today(Sun. the 14th) was wonderful--the church was very full with all of us at one service. The music, chosen by Elizabeth (thanks, special lady) was perfect. The readings and Michael's sermon gave us much to think about..
At the end of lunch the children, assisted by older youth, gave a Christmas reading and music Program---The back drop was painted by our own talented artist, Mike Martin. Thanks to the performers, and THANK YOU MIKE MARTIN...............
And while saying thank you, Thanks to the DOK for providing cookies and St. Anne's for providing the drinks for Sunday Night Festivities. Thanks to all who helped with the carols and hayride.
OH YES, POINSETTIAS ARE ORDERED FOR CHRISTMAS----IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP, THEY ARE $7 , WHICH YOU CAN GIVE TO Dianne. Thanks.
Choir Practice will be Tuesday Evening, 5:30.....and Sunday morning at 9:45 and at 4:00 Sunday afternoon
The Vestry will meet Thursday Night at 6:30.
Next Sunday, the 21st............
After the 10:30 Service will be the Posada, Let us follow Mary and Joseph as they are told "NO ROOM", then finally WELCOME...to be followed by a Mexican lunch.Thanks to those who are preparing the lunch.
