Some words from Sandy A.: "Some of you may remember when we used to celebrate the feast of Epiphany - the 12th day of Christmas and the day that remembers the visit of the Wise Men to the baby Jesus. We are going to renew the custom. The date of the celebration will be slightly different-January 8 since that is a Sunday. More information to come"....
A special THANK YOU to our chapter of Daughters of the King for making a donation to the Child Welfare Board of Burnet County for Christmas gifts for Foster Children.
Thank you, Linda Myers, for the detailed report of what is going on at Epiphany regarding the lightning strike and other issues. It says it the way it is.....there is a lot to be done.
By now I hope you have read and given thought to the Bulletin of Reminders that Fr. Michael sent out from the Epiphany Committee on COVID and GOOD HEALTH PRACTICES. I for one have become a little too complacent and have not been as mindful as I should.

One last thing, some of you have inquired if anything was known about a former church secretary, Bess Mc Dowell....well, Fr. Michael searched the obituaries and found that Bess Tobin Mc Dowell died in Fresno, California, in 2020. We believe that is our Bess, May her soul rest in peace.
