From Margaret Thomas: LaCare needs dry pinto beans in one pound packages as well as volunteers. Some people are sick or exposed, and some people just quit in fear of COVID. If you can volunteer, please call Mark Pack at (713)402-8520 or Lottie McCorkle at LaCare (512)756-4422.
Attendance for Sunday, December 6: 43 (via Zoom)
Michael has been tracking attendance during the pandemic. Over 60 different individuals have attended at least one service—virtual or in-person—since March, resulting in an average attendance of just over 33 per Sunday. As Michael says, "That's pretty remarkable."
If you haven't turned in your 2021 Pledge cards, please do so as soon as possible. The Vestry meets Thursday, December 17, and it would be very helpful to have an update at the meeting.
