We all need to get use to this as it is definite that Virtual Worship is going to be our worship mode for some time. I am so glad that we have Michael to guide us through this--truly our Good Shepherd. Thank you Michael.
By the Way:
You can pick up Fr. Michael's Sermon of the 26th on YouTube. Thanks Otis.
+++++Some important information regarding L A Care that came to us Tuesday, 04-28-2020:
"Yesterday there was some miscommunication about a volunteer testing positive for the Corona Virus. This was an error. NO ONE HAS TESTED POSITIVE AT LACARE FOR THE VIRUS. We will open tomorrow, Wednesday the 29th with usual business hours. Thank you and continue to stay safe and strong.
Mark Pack
Volunteer Coordinator "
Thank you, Mark.
Suppose you have noticed that McDonald's is providing free meals to the the People on the front line during the c. virus issue.
Some stores and establishments in Burnet can reopen under specific guidelines on Friday, May 1st. We, Sandy and me, would urge caution and be safe and healthy. We are going to continue to wear our masks.
The City of Burnet announced yesterday that it is offering thermometers and masks to city businesses. It even mentioned churches if there are enough. Deborah Kelley, our great senior warden, is pursuing it.
*****Hope you have seen how beautiful the Big Field (east side of church property) looks thanks to The Kelley Family (Mike, Deborah, Patrick, and Liam). And thank you also to JJ and Jaxon Gonzales for taking care of the church yard.
FYI----starting Monday, May 4, COSTCO will require their customers to wear face masks with a few exceptions.
Take care, be safe
Carpe every diem
