Ralph Whitman called to ask us to convey his deepest thanks for all the love and caring shown to him during his heart procedures. He is doing well and hopes to be back in church soon.
To the ladies of Epiphany-St. Anne's Guild meets today at 10:00 A.M, in the Parish Hall. Sorry for the mistake in last week's E-Star.
Thank you to the people of Epiphany, Carol Hervey, and Sherry Musgrove for providing lunch for the Alzheimer's Respite Group last week.
Thanks to your generosity, L A Care Sunday, we were able to buy 121 CANS OF VIENNA SAUSAGE, 14 CANS OF BEEF STEW, 48 CANS OF SOUP, 6 CANS OF CHILI, AND 4 CANS OF SPAGHETTI (can't forget the kids). All these were things specifically asked for by L A Care (Over 100 lbs.). And, we have decided to become more business like so we are now keeping the receipts for L A Care and the Respite Lunch too. If you are ever curious, just ask.
You may have noticed the lovely piano in the Parish Hall. It was given to Epiphany by the Vosch family-Chris and Samantha in memory of his mother.
GENERAL CONVENTION is coming up in July of 2018 in Austin. There are still some 600 volunteer shifts that need to be filled. If you would like to help on behalf of Epiphany contact Carol Weathers or check on line.
THE NEXT BREAKFAST AT EPIPHANY will be Thursday, May 17. Carol Weathers is making her wonderful French toast casserole, and we are making sausage and eggs . PLEASE let Carol or one of us know as soon as possible if you can come. As usual, all proceeds will go to the needs of Epiphany.
If you have not paid for your Easter Lily, please do so asap in the church office.
