A Major Thank You goes out to Sandy and Her Crew for the Posada ritual and WONDERFUL enchiladas, queso, guacamole, chips, salsa, beans, and desserts and egg nog. As always we all managed to talk and laugh and have fun while packing away the food. A special thank you to Tim and Melinda Hallmark, AKA ,Joseph and Mary who were involved in everything. Needless to say, a good time was had by all. Thanks to everyone who helped make it so special.
Sandy and I took a Posada Meal to Joyce and Merle Junke afterward. They really appreciated it. By the way,
if you have time to fix a meal for them, please call them and do so. It would be much appreciated. Joyce's
recovery will take time.
Poinsettias-a lot of you signed up Sunday but the sign up list will be in the Nathex next Sunday. It is much easier for Dianne if you sign up on the list; but if you need to order yours by email, please send a separate email and not tag your request onto another email or the E-Star. The threads are severely long. Also when you pay for your poinsettias, please mark paid by your name. Thanks a bunch.
Pledge Cards---If you have not turned yours in, please do so a.s.a.p. The Budget Committee meets next Wednesday, the 29th to finalize the budget.
