April is Child Abuse Awareness Month----Please keep the Caregivers and Children and Families in your thoughts and prayers--Think about what you can do to help. Blue ribbons will be available this Sunday to show we care. As part of our outreach, Epiphany supports the Hill Country Advocacy Center which serves abused children from seven counties. In addition, the Daughters of the King have provided snacks for the children.
A big thank you to Diane Hays for being Vestry Person of the Day last Sundayand for being our acolyte.
Thanks also to Joyce Juhnke, Phyllis McNelly and Mary Stevens for preparing the lunch for the Alzheimer's Respite group Tuesday, April 12.

Michael in his sermon last Sunday spoke of God as being the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. He closed his sermon by saying, "when he returned from the dead-having experienced something God Alpha/Omega should never have to experience-he listened patiently and responded positively to the guy (Thomas) who had the nerve to say 'Nope, I don't believe you.' That is the God about whom we say, 'I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord'.". Thanks Michael
Have a blessed week,
Carpe every diem,
Rufus and Sandy
